Project implementation in F&C area for global best practice and tool alignment. Main projects: - Dynamic Forecast Solution: Responsible for the rollout, testing and training in Nestle France and Nestle Waters France. Awareness Workshop presentation to the UK and Iberian Region. - Distribution Costing Solution OROS: Implementation in Zone Europe BW FICO Specialist and Sustain support for Fixed / Variable distribution and COPA.

Project implementation in F&C area for global best practice and tool alignment. Main projects: - Transportation SAP Module: Variable Distribution Cost for Inbound and Outbound Freight Costs. Implemented markets: Nestle Water USA, Purina USA, Caribbean and Bolivarian Regions. - Fixed Distribution Cost in Mexico using OROS and SAP Distribution Costing.
