• Managed the software development team to design and develop the real-time back-end software (Python, C++) to control and guide the swarm (100+ robots) of fleet autonomous mobile robots in a way free of collision and deadlocks (A* algorithm) operating in the warehouse to move the racks to the picking stations. • Developed and managed requirements, user stories.

• Won the competition (software+hardware project) and raised $100K in funding. • Created a project plan, managed distributed team of 9+ people, communicated with stakeholders, developed and managed requirements, user stories. • Managed project 6 months ahead of schedule using Waterfall model. • The results of the project implemented in the manufacturing process at the state enterprise factory.

• Managed the team to make renovation works in the small and large conference rooms and co-working (3D visualization, design, etc.), installing and tuning (business processes, robots etc.) Bitrix24 CRM, making the LED signboard (sizes: 1.5 m x 16 m). • Saved the company 25K+ USD due to arranged tenders.

• Created the syllabus and managed students to develop Telegram bots (Python, OpenShift), mobile and web apps (Python). 10+ projects developed. • English as a working language.

• Managed the highly successful projects for JSC “Pluton” (designed a new magnetron construction) and for PJSC “HARP” (designed and produced the demagnetizer for the bearings). Technically supported and helped Senior Project Manager and R&D team to carry out research in IT and electronicsand designing devices. Designed courses and syllabuses (Physics, Optical physics, Quantum and Optics Computers, Program-ming). Co-authored 10+ papers, spoke at the conferences, received 4 patents.
