Researcher & Lecturer, Discipline Leader - Service Design

I have been working in interactive media since 1993 - the name of what I do has changed over the years from interaction design to user experience design, but the essence of creating engaging experiences for end users remained the same.

As Head of School I was directly responsible for all staff in approximately 400 students under my care. I maintained control over the schools budget and was a key member of the faculty's senior management group. I was also Senior Lecturer in Digital Media for multimedia authoring, interaction design, BA and MA level theses and more. I also taught many online courses for COFA Online including a Masters of Cross-Disciplinary Art & Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication.
