Über mich
I am a materials scientist and I currently conduct research on damage mechanics in textile composite materials. Previously, I have performed a published study on interdiffusion in high temperature metallic materials at IIT Kanpur, India and a study on liquid metal flow behaviour in iron-making blast furnace hearth at IIT Madras, India. An avid learner and a passionate researcher, I have a degree in bachelor of technology (with honours) in metallurgical and materials engineering from NIT Trichy. With the prestigious Erasmus Mundus scholarship, I have received degrees in master of science, each from LTU Sweden and UdS Germany and thus, have completed the joint European masters degree in advanced materials science and engineering (AMASE).
