As part of my position, I coordinated and handled organisational and administrative processes, I took over the travel organisation and its accounting, and was responsible for the participant management, coordination and organisation of events (e.g. ILA Berlin Air Show, Fraunhofer Solution Days). Furthermore, I conducted topic-related research in the aviation industry environment and carried out data procurement, evaluation and visualisation.

As part of my role, I took on marketing and acquisition tasks in both German and English, I organised major events such as the trade fair presence at the Salon International de l'Aéronautique et de l'Espace in Paris, managed conferences like the ICTM Conference in Aachen and coordinated project meetings with international corporate clients. In addition, I was responsible for managing the company's website.

As the only German-speaking employee at this location, I was given responsibility for the marketing and sales activities in the German market. I took over customer acquisition and German lead management, coordinated meetings with corporate clients and was responsible for managing events such as workshops, webinars and trade fair appearances (e.g. Abwasser.Praxis in Offenburg, Germany). I also managed the company's social media and website presence as well as email marketing and keyword advertising.
