As Recruiter and Area Representative I worked for the American-based company CCUSA. In order to recruit the new staff members for the U.S. camps, I held interviews with the candidates, furthermore organized and participated in several job exchanges, camp- and student fairs, and held info meetings across Hungary.

As a Camp Counselor I was responsible for kids up to 16 for all summer long. I worked in two camps: In 2014 in California, Kennolyn Camps, in 2015 in Michigan, Camp Newaygo. I was mainly a fencing instructor but I also taught occasionally other camp activities such as rockwall-climbing, canoeing, kayaking, animal care, etc.

II have learned to work within a rather fast-paced environment, which demanded quick crosschecking of the software/hardware issues, solution-focused approach, patience and empathy towards the clients. In order to communicate with the users and solve their IT problems, I was expected to perform my duties at a level of speed and accuracy, which our company required as part of professionalism.
