FMC is a non-profit education, research and advocacy organization that provides a forum for discussion and advocacy on issues of music, technology, policy and law. Tasks: fundraising & sponsor relations coordination, events planning (Future of Music Policy Summits 2011 and 2012, fundraising receptions), coordination & development of the internship and volunteer programs, various HR tasks, vendor relations and merchandise sales coordination, organizational bookkeeping and office management.

External and internal communications, including press releases, newsletters, annual reports and other publications, press relations, and website development. Strategic development of the operations, volunteer recruitment and training, budget responsibility. Change management communications and coordination in Aalto University merger process. Planned and launched communications strategies and processes for a new organization with 15,000 student members.

Responsibility for the production, marketing, press and other stakeholder relations and logistics of children's experimental theater workshops. Organizer for Nordic youth performing arts exchange program in Randers, Denmark (30 high-schoolers and officials). Co-authored a multilingual presentation of Finnish children's cultural programs and produced a short theater performance based on Kalevala myths. Reporting and planning projects for the following season.

Independent music database development and playlist administration (Dalet, Powergold), radio journalism and audio editing. Deputy channel coordinator at Classic Radio Finland. Planned and launched two special feature programs for the channel. Overall listener rate increased during my term 15 %.

Prepared press releases and programs for Wäinö Aaltonen Summer Concert Series and Medieval Market. Initiated and completed a reorganization project for the sheet music library. Debuty for the office secretary. 2003–2005 supervisor, violin teacher and orchestra leader at school children's art and music summer camps.

Major IP Law; minors Communications, Marketing, Management Thesis: Music plagiarism, sound recordings and the future of transformative musical works (grade Excellent). The program was completed in two parts, in the semester 2009-2010 and in the semester 2014-2015.
