Managing all events, travel plans and logistics for a 1 week summer school which was part of an EU program with over 40 students coming from 25 different countries -- Creating a concept for the leisure time -- Constant communication with all applicants as well as taking part in the decision process of the participants -- Negotiation with suppliers and selecting hotels, event venues under consideration of the full budget responsibility -- Communicating with media and all local & international partners
