As a Team Manager in the Fixed Assets department responsible for selected Downstream countries (mainly Retail business).

FA Process Area Analyst in the Fixed Assets Standardization team aiming to standardize the Fixed Asset process and controls across Shell. In 2012 I was involved in the FA process migration for selected countries from Glasgow to Krakow Finance Operations center.

Responsible for mplementing the new version of SAP (called Global SAP) in Fixed Asset for France and Italy. My duties included the data conversion and validation, testing as well as the training delivery (covering the system changes) for FA team.

Accountant in Account Payable - taking part in the one month transition by the client BP in Bochum, responsible for invoices posting, open orders and open items analyzing. SAP Accountant in Fixed Assets department - responsibility for asset master records creations/changes; asset transactions postings e.g. sale, transfers; performing of month-end activities. SAP General Leger activities - like manual journal entry postings, account reconciliation, vat reconciliation, intrasrtat. Oracle R11

My main activities were planning and carrying out of the export policy of the company; foreign markets research; visiting the clients and running of the meetings; negotiation of the sale conditions; payments analyzing and cash collection. The operating system was IFS.
