- Financial advisory to households on effective personal finance management - Development of financial education materials with the financial regulatory authorities - Training of trainers on financial education - Monitoring, evaluation and quality assurance of the financial education trainings - Establishing universal financial advisory in financial institutions - Promoting client typology and needs-based sales in financial institutions

- Support international short-term experts in advisory projects to the local financial institutions - Develop and implement financial advisory trainings in national banks - Train the trainers of financial education in Armenia - Develop and implement financial education trainings for various age groups with different backgrounds on behalf of the local expert on financial education in Armenia - Periodic monitoring and evaluation of the project - Simultaneous translation during the meetings

- Support the improvement of business models of the banks in developing countries - Simultaneous translation (Russian, English)

- Support in preparing annual financial reports (review of revenues and expenses, revise payment requests for budget approval) - Act as a liaise person between the subsidiary organization Caucasus Resource Research Center and EPF (income taxation & reporting to the Tax Authorities; revising financial reports) - Conduct programmatic site visits; review grantees program reports; grant revision and amendment requests; consult grantees on project implementation; fundraising

- Assist the program staff in logistic arrangements and all project-related activities with other departments - Assist in organizing programmatic events (draft invitations, arrange the venue, follow-up) - Responsible for the management and improvement of the anti-corruption web portal

- Support in administrative and analytical tasks, assist in financial reporting - Assist in revealing the mismatches in the balance sheet

- Management and distribution of all incoming and outgoing communication: receiving calls, emails and visitors; providing efficient referral and message services - Provide general information on EPF, its programs and application procedures - Provide general administrative support to all departments

- Support in marketing content creation - Attract new clients (direct marketing, create contact database, coordinate the call center)

- Review loan application packages - Support credit risk assessment professionals in risk assessment process

- Preparation of quarterly reports to the Tax Authorities and State Labor Inspection - Management and maintenance of the AS-Accountant software system - Submission of employees' and service contractors’ Personal Account and Personnel reports to the State Pension Fund in accordance with the format, stipulated by legal acts
