Back Ofice helps the Front End (product specialist & market specialist) in every desk office activities. These types of activities include item creation, the check of basic list, order entry, Client Order Management and other office activities. Represents the one-stop-shop that handles the document processing asked by the FE. If needed, acts as a buffer for the FE requests when the FE receives an inquiry from the Client and does not correctly identify the department responsible for handling the inquiry.

Management and development of overseas retail, food service, industry and international customers belonging to the areas: Scandinavia, Belgium, Germany, China, Hong Kong, Japan, South Africa. Costing and pricing formulation. Drafting of commercial offers. Stipulation of contracts. Stock control management. Export organization. Coordination of new projects. Claims management. Participation in auctions / tenders. Reporting directly to the President and CEO.

Management of commercial back-office activities in support of Italian customers belonging to BOS, OD, Industy, Retail. Pricing formulation. Drafting of commercial offers. Stipulation of contracts. Stock control management. Reporting. Business outlet management. Participation and conducting sector exhibitions (Macfrut, Cesena Fiere - Sigep, Rimini).. Management of marketing activities: creation of brochures, promotion of company sales, creation of flyers, creation of radio spots, statistical analysis.
