My main job responsibility is to work very closely with Ferrari Brand General manager Taiwan on sales management, coordinating with Ferrari China on sales objectives and performance and with Headquarter on product allocations based on stock level and market dynamics to support sales team to pursue efficiency. According to Ferrari guidelines and the image of Ferrari, I have developed showroom operational plan, communicate with sales team and be responsible for the daily management of showroom processes.

Conducted a project to create a Financial Transformation strategy and related documentation. To simplify financial communication and align the financial processes and reporting between the foreign subsidiaries and headquarters, the project narrowed in the financial reporting processes, accounting templates, mapping of financial flows and the transfer of financial information between entities.

• Penetrated high specialized industry to define demand of technical analysis software and hardware. • Developed and implemented appropriate strategies by selecting, segmenting and targeting markets, and promoting products and services to those markets. • Dealt with project managing and software selling. • Developed plans for advertising, sales promotion, public relations, personal selling and sales management. • Motivated colleagues and leaded the team to achieve the long-term goal.
