Project was based on market survey and analysing the market strength and the competitor’s brand. In which I have to understand and analyse the market and figure out the potential distributers. On my performance basis I was offered PPO Conducted activity like Retail Day to create awareness about L&T product among customers. Achieved to reach 1500+ Retail outlets and deal with more than 100+ Distributers and Dealers.

Assigned by company during peak season of Durga Puja to incentivize the sales during the festive season in Kolkata. Assigned to advertise their newly launched product i.e Gold Flake mint smoothness Responsible for product awareness and increasing product visibility in retail shops Did Time Motion Study of their Distributor Salesperson as well as their competitors like Mondelez (Cadbury) & Hindustan Unilever. Also did Scoring of Distributor Salesman at various locations by their working pattern.

Responsible for maintaining stock in the store and report to supervisor. o I was assigned to make sure our product should always be in visibility area. o Responsible for Incentivize the sale of Marico product in Big Bazaar, Sealdah. o By interacting with the customers and influence them to buy our product. o I used to pitch the offers to customers so to push the sale of our product and meet the daily targets.
