During the period of service in Voss I dealt with all the activities needed to complete the merger process that was initiated before I joined the Company, with a particular focus on the CoA and the Capital Assets. I also handled the e-invoicing project, as well as finalizing the SAP use implementing, and improved the performance of the finance and administration team members. I deployed the semiautomatic booking of the personnel accounting entries (balance sheet and profit and loss by cost centres).

The responsibilities that were assigned to me, include the preparation of the reports for the Head Quarter and of all the Financial Reports in general. Budgeting e Forecasting. I assisted the Croda Tax Advisor with regards to the Tax Matters, dealt directly with the Board of Statutory Auditors and the Auditors of the Italian branch of PriceWaterhouseCoopers. I deepened the competences on the Staff management and took part to the project for merger between Croda Italiana and another company of the Group.

The responsibilities were about the activities of preparation and checking of the monthly reports for the European Headquarter, the drawing up of the VAT Registers, ther support in taxation matters and the coordination of the internal team with a focus on training of the asset that was hired shorty after I joined the company. I learned the operational logics of the Hyundai Group, handling the procedures connected to the introduction of the Budgetary constraints into the Mobis Parts Europe Italian branch.

In the years spent in Elcom, I was responsible for the Company General Accounting and Accounts Payable and supported the credit collector. I also took care of book-keeping and of preparing the Elcom customers employees' pay slips, as well as managing the filings to be submitted to the Social Security and National Insurance Institutions (INPS and INAIL).

During his time at Tetra, I was in charge of keeping the accounts of General ledger and Accounts Payable firsthand by SAP FI module, and for the preparation of the monthly reports for the Parent Company. I took care of the predisposition of the F24 forms for the periodic payment of VAT and Withholding Taxes. I handled the dealings with the Auditors and oversaw one employee activities.

I began to serve in the Italian subsidiary of the Varta group as a Payables Accountant. I was increasingly involved in the month end closing typical activities and the intercompany reconciliations. Over the course of time, I was awarded increasing responsibilities, also of administrative nature: the preparation of data for the Tax Advisor and Intrastat. After being commissioned Head of Monthly and Quarterly Reports and of all the Financial Reports a small team of employees was entrusted to me.

My first work experience is as a part of consultancy services for companies; the activity is mainly focused on the implementation of ERP programs, at COM Metodi customers sites.
