• Development of foam from A surface for rear seat for Renault projects. • Developed plastic parts for Center console and seating system. • Development of engineering B-surface & B-Surface Attachment Schemes for various plastic parts as per theme Sketches & packaging constraints & functional requirements. • Created planning, regulation and layout drawings for all rows of seat. • Preparing 3D CAD data & 2D drawings using CAD tools like Catia V5.

• Designed parts for second and third row seats as per ECE requirements • Planning, Regulation, Complete seat and layout drawings creation. • Created and investigated seat kinematic for second and third row seats • Worked as VAVE engineer which includes Idea generation, Product feasibility study, business case calculation and support implementation. • Detailed CAD packaging considering Regulations like ECE and FMVSS.
