Constructed fixtures and complex assemblies, creating detailed technical drawings with GD&T using Solidworks. Managed projects with top-tier customers such as Hella, Vitesco, and Continental AG. Devised innovative solutions for manufacturing lines of HUDs, Fuel Pumps, and Headlights for premium automotive brands such as BMW, Porsche, VW, and Daimler.

    Optimization of the Lubricant inlet contour of a novel hydrodynamic segmented conical journal bearing for wind energy applications. Creation of a 3D CAD fluid model using 'Blockmesh'; a review of the indicative parameters: generated hydrodynamic pressure profile, load carrying capacity and coefficient of friction of the bearing based on CFD simulation. Successfully created the fluid model. We are now running CFD simulations to investigate the effect of changing inlet geometries on the indicative parameters.

CFD simulation and performing experiments demonstrating the effectiveness of the PHE cooling system for convective heat transportation. Achievement: Open-minded problem solving and cost-saving by approximately 1,000,000 Indian rupees (USD 13,500) / year, break-even in approximately 5 years.
