• Copy edited 150 technical storyboards for the interactive, online courseware as part of the US Navy’s satellite communications training program • Copy edited 29 tax storyboards (English and Spanish) for the 2010 Understanding Taxes, the online tutorial offered by the IRS • Responsible for and active participant in the storyboard development lifecycle: copy editing, storyboard quality control, storyboard regression for bug fixes, and lesson testing for adherence to both client and in-house style guides

• Responsible for the administration of the both Product Sampling and Fleet Management programs • Liaisoned with outside vendors, entire field sales group, Legal, Regulatory and HR departments to ensure compliance with both Federal and Corporate regulations • Created monthly analysis reports; ensured field sales remained within FDA guidelines for sample reconciliation • Calculated and managed monthly sample shipments to sales staff, including disbursement of forms and vouchers
