• Preparing test plan & strategy, monitoring testing progress • Conduct Requirement review meetings • Coordinating testing activities • Preparing requirement matrix & gap analysis • Tracking test execution and sharing the status with all stakeholders • Weekly defect meeting with all stakeholders like the RE, ITPL, developers, architects • Preparation of test reports for release activities • Tracking offshore team, assigning tasks and addressing their dependencies on onsite team

• Release and Sprint planning along with Product Owners, Business Analysts and Developers • Coordinating testing activities with remote and co-located development team • Identification of gaps in requirements and validating them with BA, Product owners and Business Experts • Test scenarios development, execution and tracking sprint completion • Update status and Roadblock analysis in daily SCRUM meeting • Bug reporting, tracking and closing • Web service testing using Postman and SoapUI

• Complete ownership for a sub-component of the overall application software • Coordinating test activities with development team and various stakeholders • Requirement specifications review together with customers and deriving test requirements • Test cycle length estimation, hardware and software resource planning & estimation • Test-case development, execution and test status reporting to customers and other stakeholders • Update status and Roadblock analysis in daily SCRUM meeting
