Define, document & implement the QA Strategy in line with the overall business requirements. Promoting Continuous improvements in QA process across all areas of the organisation. Managing and mentoring different teams onsite/offshore. Managing the planning and execution of testing efforts to meet the delivery dates. Working closely with various stakeholders to ensure quality is implemented as a part of the overall process and quality standards are adhered to throughout the software development life cycle.
