Receive, assess and schedule each new sales and marketing campaign Planning, scheduling and monitoring team member’s activity by coordinating, prioritizing and assigning requests Manage the relationships with the sales directors and ensuring expectations are met; Identify best practices within the team and propose optimization solutions for processes and system for increasing productivity and efficiency Ensure team training and development

The Marketing and Sales Analyst is responsible for qualifying, identifying and developing quality sales opportunities for the regional sales representatives, as well as providing a high level of support to the domestic business development, including the responsibility for outbound calling (cold calling), assessing the prospects needs, identifying “business pain” and determining decision makers. An MSO works under general supervision, but a high degree of initiative, creativity and latitude are required.
