In my last position, I have performed a benchmarking analysis along with Boston Consulting Group to identify competitive capability gaps and value pools across business value chains of 5 SBUs (Energy Sales, B2C Solutions, B2B Solutions, E-Mobility, and CES) of customer solution business, based on 25 internal expert interviews from seven countries. I have analysed net and gross investment declarations of European energy companies to determine their renewable investment outlook.

I provided strategic leadership to a cross-functional team of five employees to develop turnkey (EPC) industrial power plants for customers in metal, cement, oil & gas, paper, and process industries. Managed the sales and tendering process from project conception to contract signing. Created an open and trust-based culture in the product team by fostering collaborative decision making and encouraging new ideas.

Drove the growth strategy for B2B lubricant business for OEMs and after-market customers from large automotive and off-road machinery companies.

Created and executed customised air pollution control solutions for customers from steel, cement and power sectors. Managed the sizing, proposal engineering, sales and techno-commercial negotiations. I have administered a business turnover of £5M with new customer and market development responsibility.
