To achieve this, I scaled the operations as follows: Manufacturing from one to three departments, engineering from one to five departments (product, process, equipment, NPI, maintenance), implemented supply chain organization with procurement, planning, & operations systems optimization, and established two site wide supporting functions - EHS and Operational Excellence.

I advanced manufacturing processes, the development of manufacturing equipment/products, and scientific material research by conceptualizing, leading, and delivering multiple simultaneous R&D projects. • Developed a novel steel grade and created accelerated testing for steel card clothing on textiles. • Governed strategic, technical, and financial planning aspects of projects; analyzed and translated data into presentations.
I defined and executed modifications, aligning our CNC gear grinding machines with automotive customer requirements and standards specifications. I designed and developed fluidics systems in CNC grinding machines, hydraulics, pneumatics, lubrication, and cooling areas. Engineered multiple customer-specific modules and components utilizing 3D CAD and Fluid CAD.
Independent assembly, installation, and commissioning of CNC gear grinding machines. Providing global field service and acceptance run-offs to customer sites.
