Responsible for different marketing/fundraising channels, in general: - Making a general yearplan per channel (overview of planned actions, budget and planning) - Responsible for the income (ranging between 1 and 15 million euro's) and costs (ranging between 1 and 8 milion euro's) of these channels -Implement the yearplan - Single point of contact for customer service - Single point of contact for external agencies - Directing Direct Marketing employee

- Handling 4 donor mailings per year all alone- Single point of contact for external agencies - Working on new actions Lotteries - Supporting the Coordinator (fundraiser) - Presentation on location for big groups - Main contact for the donor administration (customer service)

- Supporting the Coordinator (fundraiser) - Coordinating/planning of text and images for donor mailings - Internal communication about donor mailings - Presentation on location for big groups - Main contact for the donor administration (customer service)

- Answering questions and complaints of donors by telephone and email - Maintaining the donor database, mutate changes in donor data - Handling the requests for a long term gift by notarial deed

- Supporting personnel managers - Administrative handling of recruitment - Contact with external agencies (recruitment agencies) - Administrative handling of in-and outflow - Handling changes in personnel in personnel registration database - Contact for board and employees - Keeping personnel management archive up-to-date
