Delivered features across customer-facing and internal systems, including customer registration, inventory, order processing, and reporting.

Led and scaled Java development team, including hiring, mentoring, and technical leadership of junior to senior engineers. Acted as Solution Architect / Technical Lead across multiple concurrent enterprise projects for banking, government, and media clients. Defined end-to-end solution architectures (application, data, integration, security) and infrastructure requirements for complex distributed and enterprise systems. Contributed to full stack implementation of critical components.

Led the design and delivery of enterprise information systems supporting engineering in a large-scale industrial environment. Key systems: 1. Engineering information portal — enabled centralized access to plant engineering data and 3D models. 2. Project documentation management platform — established a single source of truth for technical documentation of industrial projects. 3. Emergency response training — developed an immersive 3D simulation solution to train personnel on handling industrial hazards.

Supported enterprise IT infrastructure: servers, network and end-user environments. Administered and maintained core servers, including DNS, DHCP, LDAP, SMB, RDBMS, mail, proxy, security, terminal services and backup systems Ensured reliability and availability of IT systems.
