Providing specialist customer support for customers while identifying potentially fraudulent accounts, reviewing documents, determining legitimacy of accounts and account holder. Analysing account history and trends, effectively identifying issues and problems by performing relevant research (e.g. AML and KYC checks) using appropriate tools. Making discretionary decisions based on research and taking appropriate action.

I worked on various projects for private, public and charity clients. My responsibilities were: Preparation of drawings and documents for Planning Application, design, tender and construction stages, Fire Safety Certificate (VectorWorks CAD software). - Carrying out site inspections and preparing Site Minutes and Reports. - Liaising with clients, contractors, design team members, engineers and local authorities. - Managing projects independently from design stage to completion.
