In mijn functie ben ik omzet verantwoordelijk voor AgriSensys, ons sensornetwerk voor klimaatmonitoring in de glastuinbouw, onze draadloze impact meter (HIC) en onze klimaatkoffer voor klimaatmonitoring in de utiliteitsbouw. Daarnaast ben ik verantwoordelijk voor het commerciele succes van onze internationale resellers en verdere uitbouw van dat resellersnetwerk.

• Develop and deploy a brand strategy that reflects the global strategy. Ensure the Aristocrat brand is clearly defined and communicated both internally and externally. Assist in global strategy formulation. • Define a communications strategy which supports the professional communication of Aristocrat’s brand. Achieve the most cost effective communication approach using any elected medium i.e. advertising, brochures, literature & others.

Management development program. Objective was to manage a retail formula within 18 months time.

Responsible for Sales & Marketing. Set up a new company from scratch. Developed website and marketing collateral. Set up customer database and build network

o Project manager ‘Plug and Play’ for all 13 casinos throughout the Netherlands. The development of a new installation process for slot machines. Implementation of quality control and compliance with a minimum downtime during installation o Project manager of the ‘Regulations and Requirements document’. The development of a complete new Regulations and Requirements document for the slot suppliers of Holland Casino o Redefining the process of machine ordering within Holland Casino

o Responsible for the Slot product mix in a casino and taking care for optimal revenue by correct analysis o Formulate a Product Marketing plan including the budgets for Slots o Responsible for purchase, maintenance and control of the equipment and the systems o Responsible for product innovation and account manager for international suppliers
