As an Intern at AKS, I had 360° & hands-on training in the Human Resources department.

I had a rotational training plan where I was able to put my theoretical knowledge into action since I had the privilege to be trained in all the hotel departments which gave me a great insight into how hospitality properties operate.

My BA focused on theoretical subjects (academic disciplines) and comprehension ability (hospitality operations and all related facilities). It offered a combination of operational skills and solid business management knowledge, in order to enhance my knowledge of general management and finance, vital for a professional career path in hospitality.
