Talent Acquisition Consultant (North & East of the Netherlands)
As a Talent Acquisition Consultant for Philips, I am constantly engaged in finding international talent for Philips in Drachten and Amsterdam with a strong focus on Technical / Engineering profiles in Drachten and some HR, (Digital) Marketing and Design positions in Amsterdam (up to Senior Director level).
Currently I’m temporary supporting the DACH & Nordics team on an international assignment. In this role I’m end to end responsible for effectively attracting senior talent within an international setting, managing different stakeholders, task and priorities. Positions with a variety level of complexity, scope and compensation levels, based in Germany and in the Nordics.
I was selected for this International Assignment to support the transition of the UK & Ireland TA team into the European Talent Acquisition organisation. I stayed at the Philips UK & Ireland headquarters for around 5 weeks to meet the people support the transition and made a first start with the implementation of the Benelux Way of Working in the UK.
