Since Mission Talent was founded in 2009, we have led executive searches in over 63 countries worldwide. Our global team comprises of native speakers of English, French, Arabic, Spanish, Swahili, Bahasa Indonesian and German with consultants stemming from the USA, South Africa, Kenya, Belgium, Egypt, Venezuela, Germany and Indonesia.

Provided support through leadership as the coordinator of the Strategy and Program Development Team. Reviewed interns’ project research papers. Developed marketing plan in consultation with CEO. Met with different stakeholders to identify possible work development.

Researched and analyzed the political, economic and security trends in lusophone Africa; particularly the effect of Brazil, as an emerging market, on Africa.

Managed over 8 different streams of the CMD qualification, and over 800 contact and distance learning students. Supported distance learning students through online forums and managed the update of course material

Assisted in the development of new projects, including proposal writing, for local and international opportunities. Instrumental in BAR being awarded a USD1 million contract. Successfully monitored and controlled project costs to ensure BAR’s profit margin was not diminished. Provided excellent research and visual presentations on access to finance in South Africa and the Nigerian banking sector.

Researched the roles of South Africa and Libya in the transformation of the Organization for African Unity to the African Union. Looked specifically at Regional Economic Communities, the New Partnership for Africa’s Development, the African Union Council and the Economic Commission for Africa.
