TSI is a greenfield Mobile Network Operator, licensed in the French West Indies and French Guiana. Project summary: after assisting the MNO in gaining the licences, Normandy Engineering participated actively in every steps of the development, from technical engineering to financing.

Sapphire Beach Club is a luxury hotel facing the Caribbean Sea in Sint Maarten. Project summary: the Resort needed to improve its online strategy in order to get better direct & indirect sales. This objective was achieved through the integration of a 3rd party booking engine and a new website design, combined to various online marketing campaigns.

Project Management and Business Development for a customer of Normandy Engineering Project summary: after offering assistance in obtaining the broadcast licences, Normandy Engineering took care of the creation of the radio studio, the programming and the sales organization. And even a few appearances as radio personality covering economics and business news.

NC TV is a web tv in the French territory of New Caledonia (Southwest Pacific ocean), delivering regional news & documentaries. Project summary: The client already had the graphic standards and server specifications defined. After validating these conditions, the web page has been created using Drupal CMS and jw video player. Hosting of the web tv has been negotiated with a local web server company.

EDEN is a company developing renewable energies projects (solar and wind farms). Project summary: objective was to build solar farms (from 1 MW to 4.5 MW in the French overseas territories and in Corsica. Project implied business planning, technical faisability studies, sites selection and negotiations with administrations and equity firms.

Telecommunications Authority of Trinidad and Tobago opened an application process for domestic mobile telecommunications services concessions. Normandy Engineering prepared both a market research and a business plan, and oversaw the collection of technical specifications for the application.

A resort in the Dutch West Indies (100+ rooms) served as a showcase for future development in the Caribbean. Project summary: Business planning for the business development, technical solutions studies to choose from different IP transport solutions and software vendors, sourcing.

Mobile operators Merger: after gaining licenses for GSM 900 MHz frequencies in St Martin and St Barth territories, SMSBTC entered in a partnership with the Dutch side historical operator, in order to have “one island – one network”. Project summary: Integration of a new territory within the “Chippieland”, i.e. physical construction of the GSM network, negotiations with relevant administrations, adaptation from the Chippie marketing policy to the French Antillean market and commercialization.

A resort in the Dutch West Indies (100+ rooms), with 3 buildings, large facilities and high-density concrete walls. Project summary: Facing the dramatic increase of Wi-Fi demand prompted CNC to develop, design and install a dependable system that can service the thousands of guests, visitors and conference goers who pass through this property annually. Staff training and end users support completed the project.
