As a member of the senior management team, I was responsible for Commercial (Sales & Marketing) & Supply Chain Controlling, external Accounting, local IT and Procurement for Bahlsen’s biggest BU DACH (2000 employees, >$250MM sales); leading a team of 5-6 direct reports, overall 35-45 FTE.

As member of the leadership team, I was responsible for Supply Cain Finance at a major integrated hub site (>1000 employees) that develops, manufactures and distributes fast-moving consumer goods. Key responsibilities included Business, Stewardship & Compliance, Organization Development.

I was leading the Commercial Finance team (five direct reports) in Wella’s 2nd biggest market globally (350$MM+ topline) including financial assessment of new initiatives/promotions and sales force target setting & controls. Collaborated across functions (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Legal) to develop & successfully implement holistic new trade terms across all distribution channels in D/A/CH (>10,000 customers).

I was responsible for short-/mid-term financial planning & reporting including local month-end closing, leading a team of four direct reports. Supported major business turnaround via sound financial analysis & concise reporting/communication (from double-digit topline decline back to sustainable growth within 18 months).

I was responsible for production management and loss elimination in a global production site (40$MM budget).
