• Forecasting, regression and correlation analysis with Minitab, robust optimization with VBA, creation of an excel tool that PMI currently uses.

• Kaizen and work safety training, optimization of supplied materials in engine assembly line, ordering the necessary material, writing formal technical specifications to order tools. FMEA in interior decoration line, preparation of a new production plan to develop Unimog chassis assembly line in German.

• FMEA, FTQ, pivot analysis to detect frequent errors in different work stations, quality tools usage such as 8D, 5 Why, Cause and Effect diagrams. Control of the measurements of technical drawings. Taking orders from the customers, planning the production.

• Quality checks of sample products and record the results to make statistical study. Preparation a production schedule considering the capacity according to demands of customers. Optimization of inventory area.

• Presentations about safety stock, capacity planning and bottleneck. Learning about the organizational structure. Performing 5S rules.
