Project development in the field of waterproof (IP67 rating) automotive connectors, carrying out an economic and technical analysis of possible technologies and manufacturing processes for small-scale production of highly protected connectors and system components. Product developed during the project: valve connector with suppression technology for automobile industry and heavy machinery, using Low Pressure Moulding technology to achieve the IP67 protection degree.
Assisting in the realization of various special machines for assembly and testing of electronic components for the automotive industry. This included, among other tasks: construction of devices and engineering groups with the 3D CAD software "SolidWorks", support in the commissioning and execution of optimization works and execution of machine capability studies.
