In charge of General Management of the BENELUX activities of IVG Institutional Funds, comprising acquisition and sale of Real Estate (Office and Retail), Letting activities, refurbishment projects and all related back office activities. The Portfolio consists of +100 commercial properties, spread of main cities in Benelux. 20 direct reports.

In charge of General Management of IVG Belux (40 Office and Retail properties, 10 direct reports), comprising acquisition and sale of commercial properties, coordination of letting activities and negotiation of new leases, refurbishment projects, Accounting, tax planning and related administrative activities.

In charge of Accounting, Controlling, Tax Planning, Group Reporting, Compliance and all related administrative activities for about 70 SPV's and Holding companies in Belgium and Luxemburg.

Business analysis and evaluation of IT projects

In charge of all financial, logistical and administrative tasks in Belgian sales office.

In charge of internal coordination of sales administration and delivery of new lifttrucks (+1000/year).
