In the scope of my role as an Account Assistant at ArcelorMittal Turkey, I communicated with customers and understood what they need, in order to carry out sales operations such as inquiries, data analysis, documentation and commercial presentations. I found access to people who will be able to help my work, and obtaining information from them practically.

As a sales intern, I assisted the sales team in respect of all necessities of sales operations. I especially took the responsibility of documentation works related to our sales products. In addition, I presented my best to ensure what needs to be done in line with the demands of the customers.
