Working in the department of Automotive Electronics, Engineering Design Safety Systems (AE/EDS2) Involved in: 1.) Study of the Optical Effects in ICAM (360° surround view camera system). 2.) Creating 3D simulation models of the ICAM in ANSYS Workbench. 3.) Performing Thermo-Mechanical Simulations. 4.) Postprocessing using APDL (ANSYS Parametric Design Language).

Worked in the department of Automotive Electronics, Engineering Design Safety Systems (AE/EDS2), Involved in: 1.) Studying the effects on the solder during Molded Interconnect Device (MID) & Flip Chip, Interconnection process 2.) Developing 3D Simulation models of a Multi-purpose camera (Automotive camera) using ABAQUS/CAE 3.) Performing Thermo-Mechanical Simulations 4.) Developed method to couple Mass Diffusion and Structural Simulations

Worked in the Manufacturing and Simulation Department. Involved in: 1.) Developing 3D simulation models for material removal processes mainly Cutting and Drilling operations. 2.) Used CEL (Coupled Eulerian Lagrangian) method in ABAQUS/CAE to study the chip formation process and the stresses involved with it.

Worked in the Gear Department. Involved in: 1.) Study of the Powder Metal Densification of the Gear stocks at the tooth tip and tooth root. 2.) Developing 3D simulation model of a Planetary Gear system using ABAQUS/CAE to study the densification at different regions on the tooth.

 Involved in Raw Material Planning and Procurement Strategies, Manufacturing Processes and Quality Inspection.  Interacting with external suppliers and internal customers to keep the smooth running of the production process

Worked on a Project on “Stress Distribution around fillets in Pressurized Cylinders using FEM”. Worked intensively on analysing softwares such as ANSYS for evaluating various Stresses around the fillets. Good knowledge about the basics of Finite Element Method

Completed my project on “Hydrodynamic Bearings”. Main activity was to keenly learn on shaft and bearings and also about fluid properties such as Viscosity, Surface Tension etc, and rectifying the Hydrodynamic Journal Bearing in the University.
