• Help desk operations for debt collections and dunning activities • Communication with customers and vendors from Spanish and Portuguese market, for information related with their invoices and payments • Mediating communication between the customers and/or vendors and the Finance department • Creation and activation of service’s contracts • Monthly invoicing reports of services contracts of Portuguese market

• Respond, research and resolve incoming inquiries via phone and email • Provide customers with detailed information about our services in order to answer possible questions and create future bookings • Communicate customers’ feedback and suggestions to other departments in order make corrections and provide the best possible customer service

• Communication with costumers on a B2C, as well as, B2B level (mainly B2B) • Support the marketing and communication in Portuguese • Research of distributors on B2B market • Translations tasks from English and Spanish to Portuguese (term of products, website, as wells as marketing activities and actions)
