I‘m leading the Infrastructure and the Core Marketplace Teams at Wellfound (formerly AngelList Talent). I led the Data Team interim - wise for 6m.

Supporting the management team of AngelList Talent to identify productivity leverage points on all levels of the organisation (tech & process).

I'm disciplinary responsible for 4 teams (API infrastructure, Web Infrastructure, Dev Sandboxes & Cloud Platform Team), each with a dedicated team lead. My teams builds re-usable infrastructure and do in-house consulting for those. Our shared goal is to provide a great developer experience for our engineering teams.

I'm disciplinary responsible for a group of 6 software engineers (5 onsite + 1 remote) who are building API platform infrastructure that's used by the majority of 200+ developers at XING. This includes our external API gateway used to expose data to partners as well as our GraphQL based infrastructure that powers our own products.

My responsibilities include laterally leading and consulting of multi national, multi-location development teams, as well as supporting their product development efforts through re-usable shared components, services and infrastructure I was the lead architect for XINGs messenger revamp in 2016 and the Startpage overhaul in 2015. I also accompanied the native mobile teams in their org scale-out on the API side and introduced OpenAPI as the central API documentation solution.

I started in the development team for the public API of XING. This included the development of the consumer portal, the implementation of new API calls based on Ruby on Rails, as well as the creation of the full stack regression test suite for the public API. Later I worked in the mobile web team. This team was responsible for building the first official iPad app of XING.

Technisch verantwortlich für 3 Scrum - Teams. Durchführung von Code Reviews, Design Workshops und Pair Programing - Sessions mit den einzelnen Teams. Zusammen mit dem Scrum Master und dem Engineering Lead verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung des Entwicklungsprozesses in Richtung Acceptance Driven Development.

Beratung für .NET basierte Client/Server-Lösungen. Grösstes Projekt war die Entwicklung einer Cashflow - Monitoring Lösung auf Basis von .NET für die Münchener Rückversicherung in Zusammenarbeit mit NTT Data. Weiterhin verantwortlich für die Durchführung von Workshops mit dem Fokus auf Unit-Testing, Test Driven Development und Code Quality - Management für die Münchener Rückversicherung, Bayer und die R + V Versicherung.

Erstellung einer WYSIWYG - Umgebung für medizinische Formulare. Verantwortlich für die FormDesigner WYSIWYG Anwendung, zugehörige Laufzeitkomponenten und die Integration in die ICW - Produkte Praxis4More und Hausarzt+. Eingesetzte Technologien: C#, Windows Forms, Composite UI Application Block, Microsoft Team Foundation Server
