Covering full range of IT Outsourcing deals. Negotiation of large, multi-regional new business deals with focus on Emerging Markets (Middle East, Eastern Europe). Developing innovative commercial deal constructs that acknowledge customer requirements and market parameters (including Consortium, Channel Partners, Finance Lease). Drafting, negotiating and reviewing contracts, proposals & change requests. Managing, advising and negotiating disputes.
Different assignments within Global Services Finance team. Participating in post merged task force team to ensure reliable financial data through processes/tools alignment. Ensuring billability of the Global Project Management resources through definition of financial value flow for recharging of Global Delivery Centers. Specific duties included assisting project team in Saudi Arabia (6 months local assignment) on cash collection on +300M€ Turnkey project.
Business Unit Headquarter function. Evaluating new deals profitability and optimizing pricing/costing models on international bids; Aligning Intra Company cost/margin levels on new international deals. Business Unit P&L reporting supporting management decisions.
