I was assigned by my employer as an on-site consultant for their client BMW Group to build a platform that is managing BMW remote vehicle calls for diagnosis and emergency. Responsibilities: - Design complex processes into IT concepts (UML and technical documentation), - Define interface contracts with external partners (WSDL and XSD), - Develop business logic algorithms, - Offer 2nd and 3rd level support for the production and integration environments, - Performance audits and improvements

Main responsibilities: - Proposing technical solutions and proof of concepts - Building new webservices APIs using JAX-WS, Spring and Hibernate - Ensuring system integration and availability between components though JMS - Performance and scalability analysis using JMeter - Analysing production performance issues using the AppDynamics platform - Ensuring code quality by manual code reviews and with Sonar - Building a continuous integration platform w/ Jenkins, Nexus, Maven and Sonar

Developed a Webservices-based search engine for transports (air, land, and sea).

Developed several web and desktop applications including an online booking application, an invoicing desktop solution and a CRM web-based application.
