I was resposbile for domestic transport within the scope of investment incentives, international shipments to ships with transit status in Yalova and Tuzla, managing relations with customs broker, forwarders and third parties, export and transit logistics operations in Lebanon, Iraq, Indonesia, Ghana, Mozambique. I set up logistics sytems of Ghana, Indonesia and Mozambique.My last task was Ghana logistics operations and logistics operations of ships went from Iraq to Dubai after the Iraq project is over.

My tasks were Europe import / export operations and fleet management of trucks, planning, operational and financial processes of fleet. and I managed Turkey OPTEAM / Standardization projects. In addition to import / export operations, I also carried out the management of relations with customs broker, customers, forwarders and 3rd parties, reducing costs and finding new transporters and new customers, listening to customer complaints and finding solutions, customer visits and operational purchasing.

I started as a management trainee in the internal transportation department of Istanbul head office. I was providing operational support for L’oreal and for preparing monthly performance reports for Opel and Chevrolet. Within the scope of the rotation program, I was responsible for the Balkan and European countries import and export operations for 3 months in the Izmir and the establishment of the carrier database system. I was promoted on 01.11.2012 and started work as import responsbile for Europe line.

Executing operational activities.

Leaseplan is a international company which deal with operational car leasing. Customers demand cars from company and company search price for cars. Later logistic departmant sends these prices to selling department. They give customers leasing price. If customers accept price, contract is done and logistic department communicates vehicles to customers.

rranging education seminars for sales consultants, stores managers and educators who work in Teknosa. Announcing seminars for participants, accessing the system, preparing education materials and seminar salons, making a booking hotel and plane reservation for coming from suburban, providing local intercommunication, giving an order foods and drinks for participants, analysing education results, accessing the system and making a report to administrators.

(Basel II) regulations process of transition. • Informing the insurance companies about Basel II regulations and Turkish Insurance law that renewed on the date of Feb. 2008 • Arranging appointments • Assisting to Insurance Companies by accessing to network system
