Planned, directed, organized and managed the overall implementation of company exploration prior to drilling and during the implementation phase of drilling operations at the work sites. Discovered profitable suppliers and negotiated with external vendors to secure advantageous terms. Advised management on acquisitions with regards to equipment technical specifications and requirements while staying active in the drilling community with regards to technology and process improvements.

Responsible for planning and managing all worksite contractors as well as 3rd party personnel, which included well engineers, petroleum engineers, operations geologists, fishing and cementing team.Evaluated, analyzed, and recommended well planning, well programs, bit selection, casing and cement design, cost forecasting, utilizing geo-mechanical models to execute horizontal drilling programs with horizontal oil wells in South East of Turkey.
