Designed, implemented and managed the program from launch until 2019, having reached 13 million monthly customers with a 4x growth in 3 years. Assisted Turkcell’s customer retention (churn rate decreased by 40%) and revenue targets by turning insights and data into loyalty and growth. Launched 4 ATL media campaigns.
- Revenue management of mobile postpaid consumer business (which has grown at a CAGR of 18% between 2014-2019 and comprising 75% of all mobile revenue), including annual operating plans, best estimate forecasts and revenue growth strategies with regular C-level exposure. - End-to-end management of postpaid customer lifecycle (offer design, pricing, feasibility analysis, coordination of technical teams, legal and regulatory compliance, offer launch, coordination of marketing communication).
