In this role I am responsible for the management of brand interaction for partner companies that Sports Nut works with. My remit includes the product management of over 5,000 SKUs of various products types from clothing to complete bicycles. I am responsible for order planning and submission, price/margin structures and preparation of order sheets. This role requires understanding and knowledge of Microsoft Office; specificially Excel spreadsheets, attention to detail, time management and communication.
In this role I was responsible for the provision of customer satisfaction, through delivery of recommendations and advice, sourcing of parts and ensuring timely shipment of those parts, combining customer service and logistics. Other tasks included regular contact with suppliers to ensure parts availability and provision of correct advice. To successfully fulfill this role, it was pivotal that I maintained technical understanding of the product range, which was easy due to my passion for the products.
