My role included managing a team, recruiting and training new employees, and supervising the working atmosphere to fulfill the tasks. Under my leadership, a new organizational structure was proposed and implemented, defining the positions and correctly evaluating and locating employees. I also oversaw the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to performance management, to ensure a positive and productive working environment.

My key responsibilities included managing the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and off-boarding. I also managed employee benefits, compensation, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. I produced the first return on investment (ROI) measurement for training programs, resulting in a 4:1 ROI for a specific training program.

As an HR apprentice with a focus on recruiting and selection, my key responsibilities included assisting with job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment. I also coordinated with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and guided recruitment best practices. I ensured compliance with applicable laws and regulations, maintained accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system, and supported the hiring process from end to end.
