Following an Organizational restructure and aiming to centralize the communication between parent and affiliated entities, led finance, budget and accounting reporting, with limited human resources. Strengthened the relationship with entities located in Peru, Colombia, Austria and Luxembourg, as well as with external stakeholders. Collaborated with a cross-functional and cross-entity team to design a corporate restructure and to propose a solution for the whole Organization in a distressed-bond situation.

Acted as key business partner for accounting and tax issues during the infrastructure segment’s growth phase, actively participating in the development of new projects, from research to implementation phase. During economic downturn, planned, with C-level, the management of people and cash by creating a close relationship with decision-makers, anticipating information required and speeding up response periods.

Started as a trainee and had a fast evolution in the career, becoming the first employee to work while also studying to complete a Master of Sciences in accounting, following a promotion to management position after only five years. Upon study’s completion, was invited to develop PwC presence in Brazil's north-eastern region, in a wave of professionalization of former family-owned businesses and regional economy boom, acting as the partner’s key support.
