Co-author of Web based Helpdesk in part of XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, usability, W3C (WCAG) accessibility and planning design. Creating hand-code, semantic, cross-browser and standards-compliant code using usability and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines from W3C, including SEO solutions. Programming using: JavaScript (knowledge of DOM, I wrote my own framework), CSS up to 3 level, (X)HTML5, in some small part in PHP and Apache rules. Very good knowledge in Wordpress, cutting PSD templates and SVN.

From the beginning of my work in management. I find out more about coal, because the company selling an coal. I have been working with international transactions and learned russian language. I was planning small budget and financial controlling. I was implemented web based helpdesk solution.

I have been managing in customer support part, IT section and organization of company. My main tasks was implementation a new standards of customer care and many IT solutions to improve employee work and work standard of this company. I was meet fork lifts and how they work.
