Led Operations for a small independent real estate development firm with a focus toward Medical Office Properties. Strategically managed and provided leadership to the timely execution of medical office developments, including Design, pre-construction, construction, long term management and sales.

Restructured day to day operational controls for the construction division for a Las Vegas based commercial real estate developer. Reporting directly to the division president and owner, immediately established and built relationships with a variety of senior executives heading other divisions i.e. property management, leasing and operations.

Consolidated and combined the construction management / owners representative functions for a small retail / restaurant / residential development group. Reengineered all construction management processes. Serving as the main point of contact for the construction side of the business, provided oversight and strategic planning, to design, construction and general management short and long term asset holds.

Developed, designed and focused a new marketing program designed to raise awareness of a new offerings directed at key real estate development companies packaging a fee for service approach for land acquisition, entitlements, construction & property management for full turn-key solutions.

Strategically managed a broad range of services including capital improvements, core and shell expansions / Renovations and tenant fit-outs. Liaised with on-site operations for long term maintenance contracts and property management of various other retail and residential properties.
