- Provided students with tips on their career possibilities, CVs or application letters - Facilitated workshops by flyering and marketing the events to other students - Supported career events - Organised the faculty event "Germany-the Netherlands: business cooperation and talent acquisition across the border"​ with five university staff members and held a workshop about intercultural communication between students and employers from Germany and the Netherlands

Letting people experience the city Groningen and its history during a 1 1/2 hour city trip (in either German, English or Dutch)

- Assumed the role of an external consultant in an engineering department - Conducted research in the field of Innovation Management - Formulated a 6-step advice on how to optimise internal communication and facilitate innovative thinking across multicultural working teams

- Supported professionals in their daily work - Prepared and translated press releases including group-wide coordination and distribution - Processed press queries - Conducted research - Assisted with organising and holding the 2012 MAN Annual General Meeting - Established a concept for an internal communications platform; Organised and managed meetings with external agencies
