I solely manage over 100 employees from over 30 countries in our HQ office. I am singularly responsible for all contractual, compensation, financial, and legan issues of all my employees in accordance with Korean labor law, and if applicable, home country laws. I create, develop, and implement HR strategies for my employees. I handle all mediation of all employee issues, including performance or policy related grievances. Furthermore, I ensure that continuous learning of global hr trends to senior mgmt.

Reports included headcount reporting, recruiting, and attrition reports.

Recruited for positions in 5 regional offices and main office and organized new hire orientation sessions, simplified recruiting process by implementing resume scanning database and organized and led new hire orientation sessions for local and non-local employees
